How to contact someone on staff comes up every season, and this season it cause a couple issues. So I want to put this out there in hopes that it helps end the problem.
If you need to get someone right away the best way to contact us is via Discord. That’s one of the reasons we set up the server. With the various time zones that the staff members are in, there is a good chance you can get someone anytime of the day or night.
If you don’t mind waiting upward of a week or more for a response, Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr are the way to go. Currently we do not have anyone that monitors our social networking sites, so it’s really not the best option. If a message is sent through Facebook or Tumblr, we will see the notification when we visit our personal pages, but it doesn’t work that way with Twitter. Email is a good option, but it’s not 100% reliable. If the contact form is used it doesn’t always show up, and sometimes messages even go to spam. The forms on the site aren’t perfect and only work about 97% of the time. That 3% they don’t work does tend to cause a few problems. While I am on the topic of social networking sites, a note. We will not accept posters or links through social media. They are too easy to miss or forget about and in the case of posters they get resized and resolution cut.
